Friday // 0900-1800
All customer service requests will be answered in those times
Our cut off point for same day shipping is 1700 (GMT) (MON-FRI)
We aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours from the order being made.
We offer both tracked and non-tracked shipping services now for every order. Please note you are choosing non-tracked at your own risk. We advise you to choose tracked shipping whenever possible.
If you would like to collect your records please select 'Hold In-Reserve' as the shipping method and drop us a message on Facebook to arrange the collection. We do not accept random visits.
Collection times (most of the time) are:
Thursday: 0900-1500 & 1800-1900
Friday: 1000-1500 & 1745-1830
But these can change! So give us a shout on facebook before collecting.
All packages are printed with a return address. If the package is lost in transit, it should be returned and sent out again free of charge.
In the case that a delivery has been attempted but failed, and the recipient has failed to collect it from the depot or the shipping address supplied by the customer was not accurate... we will charge another shipping fee to send it out for the second attempt.
If the item has been damaged in transit, we will ask you for you could to send us a picture of the damaged item.
We have the best stiffeners on the market and take great care in safely packaging our items, so such instances are very rare.
