We aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours from the order being made.
We offer both tracked and non-tracked shipping services now for every order.
Please note you are choosing non-tracked at your own risk. We advise you to choose tracked shipping whenever possible.
All packages are printed with a return address. If the package is lost in transit, it should be returned. We will contact you once this has happened.
In the case that a delivery has been attempted but failed, and the recipient has failed to collect it from the depot or the shipping address supplied by the customer was not accurate... we will charge another shipping fee to send it out for the second attempt.
If the item has been damaged in transit, we will ask you for you could to send us a picture of the damaged item.
