True house veteran Gerd, whether crafting classic bangers under his NY Stomp alias or indebted Chicago tracks as Geeeman, is one of the most well-regarded producers and DJs out there. 2022 marks his 30th year at the very top of his game and he’s celebrating with a debut EP under his own name for Nu Groove. “We Bring U Muzik” contains high grade body mechanics with squelchy acid, certified House vox (sounds like Rockers Revenge!) and deep, warm b-line. A ’warehouse mix’ and ‘warehouse’ dub are also included – emphasizing the acid and drum elements brilliantly as Gerd plummets deep into smoke machine science.
