Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' are items which are yet to be released by the record labels and distributors, or they are items which have gone out of stock but will be restocked in the future. 
Items listed as 'SHIPPING THIS WEEK' are pre-order items which are due in stock the week commencing Monday. On Friday evenings we will list the items we're expecting the following Monday as 'SHIPPING NEXT WEEK'. 90% of the time these items will arrive in stock that week, however, please be aware that boxes can sometimes experience delays with the couriers, especially after Brexit!
TIP! If the release page says 'expected in stock between...', this means the release could be pushed back into next week or the week after. If it says 'SHIPPING FRIDAY...', this means we are certain it will be in this week. However, there is always the small chance things can be delayed.
Please be aware that release dates are up to the record labels, distributors, and pressing plants. They will constantly change! We are powerless in the process. So, please be nice and don't get angry or frustrated if your pre-ordered record is taking longer than expected.

If I have in stock and pre-order items in the same order, can I choose to ship my in stock items out early?


Yes you can, all you need to do is either email us or login in to your account page and press the 'ship all available items' button.

You will then receive an email confirming the shipment of your order or if there are any outstanding delivery costs which need to be paid, we will invoice you for those. The invoice will be issued via a link in an email titled 'ColdCuts // HotWax 🚀 YOUR SHIPMENT IS READY 🚀'.

Please be aware, if you choose to ship your in stock items out early, you will have to pay another set of delivery fees when your pre-order items arrive in stock. 


What then happens when my pre-order item/s arrives in stock?


If everything is in stock in your order and you haven't used our 'Reserve My Order' system (read about here) we will ship your order out to you as soon as the last pre-order item in your order arrives in stock. 

If you have used our RMO system - when your pre-order item/s arrive in stock you will receive a stock alert titled 'STOCK ALERT 🔔' in your email inbox (Please check your junkmail if you cannot locate the email!)

Inside the email you will be able to instruct us to ship by paying for any outstanding delivery costs via the 'complete your purchase' blue button at the bottom of the email.

Or if your pre-order items qualify for our free shipping offers once they arrive in stock, you can instruct us to ship by replying 'SHIP' to this stock alert.

IMPORTANT: Only in stock items count towards our free shipping offers. So if you have created an order which contains both in stock and pre-order items, you will have to wait for the pre-order items to arrive before you can qualify for the free shipping offer.
