My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
We understand that shipping accidents can happen. First of all we would like to apologise that this occurred.
If you are unhappy with the condition of your item, please return it via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery to:

Upon receiving the returned items, we will reimburse you for the return costs. If the item is out of stock, we will send you through a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the royal mail receipt when posting the returned item(s). We are only able to reimburse the price of postage based on this receipt. If the receipt is lost or discarded we will not be able to reimburse the return costs.
